Peanut Better Blossoms

Peanut Better kissed chocolate. Tastes better than the original! Gluten-free, keto, diabetic, and kid friendly.
- 1/2 cup granulated allulose
- 1/2 cup Peanut Better
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cups giv peanut butter powder
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Granulated allulose in small bowl
- Lakanto semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup granulated allulose, peanut better, the butter, and the egg until well blended. Stir in peanut butter powder, baking soda and baking powder until thoroughly blended and dough forms.
- Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in additional granulated allulose. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately press center of the cookies with a small spoon and place chocolate in center of each cookie. Let cool 15 minutes to harden.
