Peanut Better Blossoms

Peanut Better kissed chocolate. Tastes better than the original! Gluten-free, keto, diabetic, and kid friendly.

  • 1/2 cup granulated allulose
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Better
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups giv peanut butter powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Granulated allulose in small bowl
  • Lakanto semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup granulated allulose, peanut better, the butter, and the egg until well blended. Stir in peanut butter powder, baking soda and baking powder until thoroughly blended and dough forms.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in additional granulated allulose. Place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately press center of the cookies with a small spoon and place chocolate in center of each cookie. Let cool 15 minutes to harden.
